Here’s everything you need to know about paying for services.

How can I pay? 

We keep your options flexible. Home Team BEC accepts the following:

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • ACH bank transfers (direct payments from your checking account)
  • Checks (mailed or dropped off at our office)

Every invoice includes a secure online payment link. You can also bring a check by if that’s more your speed. We’re happy to work with whatever method fits your routine. Please note that we are unable to accept cash or money order payments. 

What about financing options? 

Home Team BEC does not offer in-house financing. However, we understand that flexibility matters. Each invoice includes a link to a third-party lender through our project management software.

This lender is entirely separate from Home Team BEC. If you choose to apply, you’ll work directly with them on your application, approval, terms, and repayment. We will never contact the lender on your behalf or manage any part of that agreement.

How processing fees work 

We believe in being upfront about where your money goes. Our payment processors charge us fees. Rather than raising prices across the board, we pass those fees along only when they apply.

  • Credit or debit card payments over $1,000 carry a 3% processing fee.
  • ACH bank transfers carry a 1% processing fee, capped at $20 per transaction.
  • Checks carry no processing fees.

Returned check fees explained

Checks returned for insufficient funds, closed accounts, or any other reason will incur a $30.00 fee. This is permitted under Tennessee Code Annotated § 47-29-102. That fee gets added to the outstanding balance. It must be paid in full before work resumes or future payments are accepted. We also reserve the right to stop accepting checks as a payment method going forward.

How billing timelines work 

All invoices are due upon receipt. This keeps your project or maintenance schedule moving without delays. 

We offer a three-day grace period. After that, a 5% late fee applies to the remaining balance.
