Fence adjustment and greasing

• Keep everything opening and closing the way it should

Vacuuming refrigerator coils

We’ll clean them out so everything runs the way it’s supposed to.

Changing air filters

Going into summer, your HVAC system is about to do a lot of work. Fresh filters:

It’s a small thing that has a big impact over time. That’s why the whole program runs on a predictable quarterly rhythm. 

Cleaning the condensation pan

This is one of those hidden areas that can cause problems if ignored. If it clogs or overflows, you’re looking at:
